Student life at Magdeburg!

A series of blog posts while I am a student at OVGU (the University of Magdeburg).

In this section, you will find blog posts that would tell you more about how I have spent my time in Magdeburg, specific experiences and advice.

Some noteworthy experiences that make me eligible to speak about things:

I’ve worked as a student at:

  • Support Internationals at FIN, OVGU: It’s a project which aims to create content to assist international students in the university’s department of computer science. I worked here from July 2018 till February 2020
  • Transfer – und Gruenderzentrum (TUGZ): As a project assistant, very briefly during 2018.
  • As a Machine Learning Tutor: During winter semester 2019. This gave me another perspective into student life, this time from the other side of the table. I tutored, mentored, helped my boss set questions, correct answer scripts, analyze student performances.
  • As a developer at LegalHorizon AG: During winter semester 2019.
  • As a research intern at GEI, Braunschweig: From March 2020 till, I do not know.
  • I’m a mentor for DKE students at the university and am a founding member of the Academic Club. While I continue as a mentor, I resigned from the Academic Club due to other priorities in my life.
